There’s something timeless about communication. However intense, fragile, or chaotic it may feel, it remains the only way we have to connect, to exchange, to appreciate, to challenge, to seduce, to imagine, and most of all, to create new ideas, again and again.
Even as musicians, secluded in our moments of divine creation, we seek feedback. We crave that instant when someone’s reaction makes us tremble, smile, or want to throw everything out the window and start over. Maybe that’s why we communicate even more than we think: because growth is impossible without this constant exchange.
Last time, during our 23rd gathering in the Salon, I felt it once more. We shared doubts, fears, and unexpected solutions. Through communication, we found meaning. Together, we imagined new dances under a disco ball, new ways of looking at love, and we also touched those darker melodies that don’t necessarily please every ear, but that linger, haunt, and stay alive inside us.
This Salon is made for that. For you. For all of us who are searching for the pulse of indie, the fragile equilibrium between silence and noise, comfort and chaos.
