Digital Detox, Out Jan 08!

Digital Detox (release date January 8, 2025) is an instrumental track that serves as a reflection on the overwhelming presence of technology in modern life and the liberation found in stepping away from it. The piece explores themes of reconnection, both with oneself and the natural world, by taking a break from the constant noise of digital devices and online demands.

The composition is characterized by a dynamic blend of electronic and organic elements. It begins with slow electronic piano, pulsating beats and fragmented, glitch-like melodies, evoking the chaotic and overstimulated state of being “plugged in.” As the track progresses, these elements fade into more chaos, natural harmonies and faster rhythms, symbolizing the gradual unwinding of the mind and a possible restoration of balance.

Mitxoda – Digital Detox – Jan 08, 2025.

Digital Detox captures the duality of our relationship with technology, both its allure and its potential to overwhelm. It invites listeners to imagine the clarity and peace that comes from disconnecting and focusing on what truly matters. The track is as a modern-day anthem for mindfulness and intentional living, aligning with broader themes of introspection and emotional resonance I already proposed in earlier tracks. I hope you will like it. Digital Detox is the 4th track of my EP Distant and Close.
